at the PHILLIPS-FIT Group Fitness Session every Monday evening at 5:30pm.
Where?
Fitness First Health Club, Reading (Click for map)
Who can come?
Anyone that wants to improve their health and fitness; from losing weight to toning up and improving your fitness. All abilities welcome. Minimum age 16yrs. You don't need to be a gym member, just say you're here to see Ryan at reception and sign in.
Why a group session?
Group sessions are not only a fun way of exercising but very cost effective too!
What are the exercises?
A combination of 5 carefully selected resistance exercises to tone your muscles and burn fat and 5 fun game type exercises to burn even more fat and improve fitness, including; Softball Polo and Bungee Cord Madness. All great fun!! : )
How much does it cost?
It works out at £7.50 per session, 4 sessions upfront (£30), which is a bit of a bargain as my one:one sessions are £40-45, also some online Personal Training programs are more than this per week! So for the price of a take-a-way meal or a few skinny lattes and a pint, you could be only weeks away from achieving the body you've always wanted...
How do I pay?
Either by cash or cheque (£30) at the start of your 1st session.
How many people will there be?
Sessions will be limited to 20 people max.
How long are the sessions?
45 mins
How do I sign up?
