Rob Lodge

Rob, 33, has suffered from significant injuries to both his knees and although they had recovered, he still lacked confidence in them and as a result stopped his Martial Arts training and cycling. Due to this lack of physical activity Rob had gained some weight that he wanted to shift before his wedding on the 30th September 2006. Rob starting training with me in July 06 and since then has lost 11lb of body fat and improved his physique through resistance training, dramatically transforming his body shape - his mates now call him "skinny"! He has regained his confidence in his knees and can run and cycle without pain or discomfort. His personal best pedal speed on the bike is 167 RPM!
