Nicola Dyer took home a gold in the under 18 Girls category and a silver in the Ladies category yesterday at the Reading Trampoline Club, Club Championships 2005. Great form, style and technical ability was demonstrated by the 16 years old Trampolinist at Crosfields School, Reading. Nicola trains at the Reading Trampoline Club 3 times a week and once a week with Personal Fitness Trainer, Ryan Phillips. Nicola was keen to acknowledge Ryan for his help and advice with her training which has given her the competitive edge necessary to excel at club level.

Ryan says “Nicola has shown great improvements in fitness and core strength over the past 6 months and if she keeps progressing at this rate we would expect a high placement in the British National Championships in 2006, which is our next goal.”
