Personal Fitness Trainer, Ryan Phillips, gave onlookers an insight into stability training this weekend at the Broad Street Mall shopping centre, Reading.

Sophie has her eyes closed, removing her visual sensory input which places more emphasis on her other two sensory systems, her vestibular (inner ear) and somatosensory input from her muscles, ligaments and tendons.
