Ryan Phillips Personal Trainer helps Air Ambulance
Press Release:
Ryan Phillips, a freelance personal trainer in Reading, and six of his clients, will be taking part in the TVT Concorde Triathlon being held at Bradfield College on 14th August 2005, and will be raising money for the Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance through sponsorship.
The event covers a Sprint distance of 400m indoor pool swim, a 20k cycle ride through the countryside on an undulating course (on road) and a 5k run which is circular with some on and off road around the village of Bradfield.
Ryan said “This event will be a great challenge for my clients as it will be their first triathlon. I have designed a personal training program for each one to help them train hard and effectively over the next few months. Completing the race will be a magnificent achievement for them all. It’s also an ideal opportunity to raise money for the Air Ambulance Trust and we’re aiming to raise a minimum of £1000. Anyone wishing to donate can contact me at www.phillips-fit.co.uk“
Mrs Stevie Horton, Director of Fundraising, said “We are very grateful to Ryan and his team for their support and wish them every success in the Triathlon. We couldn’t keep flying without the kindness and generosity of people like Ryan and his clients”
