Sorry I have been so rubbish at putting anything in here but as Ryan explained in my intro I am travelling all over the world so have very little time to do anything!!!

This morning I ran 4.5 miles at 6.30am in Barcelona (very cold!!!)
Did the best I could with my workout last night (finished working at 11.30pm so not easy!) There is no fitball or weights here so it was quite a limited workout but better something than nothing!!

Just started using Nutrilite Double X supplements and I am feeling a difference both in recovery and energy.

Ryan mentioned to me about entering a sprint triathlon and to think about training for it, feel tired just thinking about it but am very interested in having the challenge.
