I have had comments from several ladies who say that they feel intimidated in the usual gym/studio environment and with all those young, fit, skinny women jumping around in their lycra thongs its not surprising that some of the older and full-figured ladies feel this way. That is why I have designed a Circuit Training Class specifically for Voluptuous ladies.

For a start, the class is only open to ladies who are Size 16+. NO SKINNIES ALLOWED! Secondly, the layout of the studio means that we won't be facing any mirrors as this is another concern that has been raised. Thirdly, the exercises we do will be low impact, fun and effective and no jumping around, I promise!
