About me:

Exercise is my passion and I have been training for many years.  I started in the Fitness Industry first as a PA to CEO of leading chain of health and racquets club, working for the CEO and within his senior management Team provided me with an understanding of the pressures and strains we can experience from what can become the everyday grind from our daily routines.  For me my change in career was a lifestyle change and has helped me understand the importance of getting the right balance from work, diet and exercise.

I started working at Fitness First in 2007 starting as a Fitness Instructor, gaining experience on the gym floor, then into Studio Manager where I was nicknamed “Killer Karen” and from then transitioning my knowledge and experiences gained into my client base.

As a personal Trainer my goals are achieving your goals, whether you are a new comer or an experienced exerciser looking for a new direction I can help motivate and educate enabling you to achieve results.  My sessions are tailored to each individual & I make every effort to gain an understanding of your needs & requirements ensuring each session is an enjoyable experience.
