About me:
I have a passion for sport and exercise, a real interest in how the body works, and a willingness to help people make a difference to their life. Therefore personal training seemed like the natural career move. Since moving to Reading in the summer of 2007 I have steadily built up a reputation as a supportive and knowledgable trainer, keen to help clients achieve their fitness goals. My other interests include running, football, travel and music.

Specialities:
I specialise in running and have trained clients from beginner levels to complete half marathons and marathons. Other specialities include weight loss, sport specific training, core strength and stability, and beginner programmes for those new to exercise.
Interests:
I am a keen runner and regularly compete in local road and cross country races.
