My personality and character is such that I enjoy being with people and supporting them to reach their goals by gentle persuasion and lots of encouragement. As a person I have the drive and determination to succeed in whatever I do and will encourage others to do the same. I am self employed personal trainer in Basingstoke with a well established client base which I have built up since I qualified as a level 3 REPS advanced instructor. "Nigel has been my personal trainer for 18 months. For the first 12 months I saw him every 2 weeks as initially I felt I needed some encouragement to keep up with the training programme, and since then I've been seeing him every 4 weeks.
 
Although I had been a regular gym member for a couple of years working on my own before starting with Nigel,  I found the structured approach to training offered by Nigel to be very helpful. He was careful to take into account my aims and abilities at the start of the programme, and throughout monitored my progress by taking measurements on a regular basis.
 
After 18 months I must say that I have noticed a marked improvement in my fitness, and this is backed up by  measurement results - my body fat percentage has dropped from 19.5% to 14.8%, my weight has increased by 4.5kg - meaning I have gained 4.5kg of muscle - and got rid of some flabby bits!
