Boot Camp Informed Consent, Disclaimer, Guarantee, Payments and Cancellations
The benefits of successfully adhering to this Boot Camp program include:

To achieve the above you will be performing body weight strength and conditioning exercises along with high intensity cardio exercises. Sessions will begin with a warm up routine and end with a cool down/stretch routine. All exercises will be fully explained and demonstrated by your instructor. Regressions and progressions will be given for each exercise to suit your individual ability. Please notify your instructor if for any reason you feel you should not participate in any part of the session.
DISCLAIMER: Although the benefits of these sessions are significant, there is always an element of risk involved with any physical activity. These sessions are designed in such a way to minimise the risk of injury. However, you are taking part at your own risk; PHILLIPS-FIT or anyone associated with PHILLIPS-FIT will not be held responsible for any damages, injuries or otherwise that may occur as a result of taking part in Boot Camp sessions or home training sessions. If at any time during a session you feel discomfort or pain you should notify your instructor immediately. You are strongly invited to ask your instructor any questions that you may have during the rest intervals throughout your sessions. Your participation in these sessions are entirely voluntary and you may opt out at any given time if you so wish. It is advisable to start with 2 Boot Camp sessions per week for the first 4 weeks and build up to more sessions gradually over time as your fitness and tolerance to exercise improves. PHILLIPS-FIT ensures complete confidentiality regarding any personal information or otherwise given by yourself.
GUARANTEE: If after the first two weeks (at least 4 completed sessions) you decide that Boot Camp is not for you then you can apply for a full refund at that time by sending an email to ryan@phillips-fit.co.uk If any part of your subscription fee was donated to charity then this amount will not be refunded, you will already know if this applies to you.
PAYMENTS: Boot Camp fees are charged as follows:
1st month - £80
2nd month - £70
3rd month - £60
4th and subsequent months - £51.90
Members can attend up to 4 sessions a week but most people would be suited to 2 sessions per week until fitness permits for more. If you cancel your membership and then re-join at a later date your membership fees start at £80 again. Payments are made via Paypal which is a well known, trusted and secure online payment method. If you don't hold a Paypal account you can pay securely online by debit or credit card. Membership includes up to 16 Boot Camp training sessions per month, a Home Cardio Program, a Goal Setting Guide, Nutrition Manuals, Daily Emails (for up to 12 weeks so long as you remain a member) and Forum Access. Once you have made your first Boot Camp payment you will be billed on the same day each month. After your first payment is complete you may then attend the next Monday or Tuesday Boot Camp session (e.g. if you pay on a Wednesday then your first Boot Camp session with be either Monday or Tuesday the following week). If you decide to quit the Boot Camp program after your initial 2 weeks are up, you must give us a minimum of 1 week's notice or you will be liable to pay for the next month's membership in full. If you drop out or miss sessions during any month, no credit will be given. If you can't make a session one week you can make that session up by attending one of the other remaining sessions in that particular week. Once you have been a member for at least 12 weeks you may take up to a maximum of 4 weeks "holiday" per year. This simply means that we will issue you a refund prorated for the weeks that you are away. If you find yourself regularly having to miss weeks of Boot Camp we may suggest you consider one of our Personal Training packages that might be more suitable to your hectic lifestyle.
GROUPON voucher holders only need to complete Steps 1, 2 & 3 (Step 4 needn't be completed as you have already paid). We will send you the link to Step 5 once your VOUCHER CODE and the SECURITY CODE have been verified. The money back guarantee does not apply to Groupon voucher holders. Groupon vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including a free trial week.
CANCELLATIONS: There are no long term contracts - you can cancel your membership at any time in writing to ryan@phillips-fit.co.uk A minimum of one week's notice must be given before your next monthly payment is due. If less than one week's notice is given, you will be liable to pay for the next month's membership. Membership fees are non-refundable.
