If you are looking for additional personal support over and above what the standard Boot Camp program provides then our PREMIUM Boot Camp Package-1 package is the one for you! 

 
With our PREMIUM Boot Camp Package-1 package we achieve outstanding result by spending an initial 30 minutes together (via Skype) completing your goal setting guide. Then each week we catch up with a 10 minute Skype call to check in with your progress (scale weight, body measurements and fitness tests), review your diet diary and talk through any issues you might have encountered that week. This weekly check in also works by providing that all important accountability factor.

Cost breakdown for individual services:

  • 4 weeks of the Full Boot Camp Program = £80
  • 4 weeks of Weekly Online Coaching Calls (inc. an initial 30 min Goal Setting session) = £110

All Personal Coaching Calls are delivered via Skype. Skype is a piece of software that allows you to make calls through your computer to any other Skype user anywhere in the world absolutely free. You can instantly download Skype and install it to your computer for free here: Download Skype
 
Cancellations by the client must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged the full amount for that session. A session refers to the coaching calls and excludes Boot Camp training sessions. Session charges are non-refundable which includes the Boot Camp training sessions. If the client does not book or complete any sessions that month no refunds will be given and missed sessions will not carry over into the next month. If the client knows that he/she will miss more than a full week of the training program then a payment holiday may be taken by giving Phillips-Fit at least 1 week notice. This will result in Phillips-Fit issuing a refund to the client for the time the client is away based on £50 per month (£12.50 per week). If a full month will be missed resulting in the client missing all coaching calls and Boot Camp training sessions, then a full refund may be applied for by giving Phillips-Fit at least 1 week notice.
 
If at any point you wish to transfer to one of our other two Boot Camp packages then you can by giving us at least one week notice before your next monthly payment is due.
