If you are looking for the utmost in professional and personal support along with exercising in a group environment then our Ultimate Boot Camp-1package is the one for you!

We achieve the best result possible by spending an initial 30 minutes together (via a Skype call) completing your goal setting guide. Then each week we catch up with a 10 minute Skype call to check in with your progress, review your diet diary and talk through any issues you might have encountered that week. This weekly check in also works by providing that all important accountability factor.   

As an Ultimate Boot Camp-1 member you will receive priority response on the forum which means that your questions and queries will be answered first before anyone else. You will also get access to one of our expert Personal Trainers for 1 hour each month which will be particularly useful if you would like to work on specific exercise techniques, muscle imbalances or cardio variations. You can also use this time to have your progress professionally monitored such as having your Personal Trainer take your body fat readings, body measurements, lung power, blood pressure, flexibility and fitness tests or anything else you would like to keep a track of.

Ultimate Boot Camp-1 members can also look forward to a 1 hour Sports Massage each month to ease off all those aching muscles which are inevitable during an intense training program.

Terms and Conditions:

 
All Personal Coaching Calls are delivered via Skype. Skype is a piece of software that allows you to make calls through your computer to any other Skype user anywhere in the world absolutely free. You can instantly download Skype and install it to your computer for free here: Download Skype
 
All Personal Training sessions are held at either our private 1:2:1 studio in Tilehurst or the Fitness First health club, Tilehurst. All Sports Massage sessions are held at our private 1:2:1 studio in Tilehurst.
 
Cancellations by the client must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged the full amount for that session. A session refers to the coaching calls, Personal Training sessions and Sports Massage sessions and excludes Boot Camp training sessions. Session charges are non-refundable which includes the Boot Camp training sessions. If the client does not book or complete any sessions that month no refunds will be given and missed sessions will not carry over into the next month. If the client knows that he/she will miss more than a full week of the training program then a payment holiday may be taken by giving Phillips-Fit at least 1 week notice. This will result in Phillips-Fit issuing a refund to the client for the time the client is away based on £50 per month (£12.50 per week). If a full month will be missed resulting in the client missing all coaching calls, the personal training session and the sports massage then a full refund may be applied for by giving Phillips-Fit at least 1 week notice.
 
If at any point you wish to transfer to one of our other two Boot Camp packages then you can by giving us at least one week notice before your next monthly payment is due.
