Boot Camp Terms and Conditions

Personal Fitness Trainers in Reading, Thatcham, Tadley, Wokingham, Fleet, Yateley, Sandhurst, Bracknell, Henley, Wallingford, Didcot, Newbury and Basingstoke. Personal Fitness Trainer Ryan Phillips provides one to one Personal Fitness Training, free fitness program, exercise program and workouts routines, free consultation, group fitness training in Reading, healthy eating, weight management and nutritional advice to help lose weight, tone up, get fit, build muscle, sports specific training in Reading, Tilehurst, Berkshire.

Like everything in life, if you work with Phillips-Fit Personal Training there are terms and conditions to make sure that everything runs smoothly.


1. If you join a Boot Camp membership program, then decide that it just isn't for you, just tell us within your first 2 weeks of training and we will issue you with a full refund.

 

2. Once you have made your first Boot Camp payment you will be billed on the same day each month.

 

3. After your first payment is complete you may then attend the next Monday or Tuesday Boot Camp session (e.g. if you pay on a Wednesday then your first Boot Camp session with be either Monday or Tuesday the following week.

 

4. If you decide to leave Boot Camp after your initial 2 weeks are up, you must give us a minimum of 1 week's notice in writing to ryan@phillips-fit.co.uk or you will be liable to pay for the next month's membership in full. Membership fees are non-refundable.

 

5. If you have been a member for at least 12 weeks and are unable to make it to Boot Camp for any reason which will result in you missing a full week of training, let us know at least a week in advance and you may take a "payment holiday". This simply means that we will refund you prorata for the time that you are away for up to 4 weeks in a 12 month period.

 

6. If you find yourself regularly having to miss weeks of Boot Camp we may suggest you consider one of our Personal Training packages that might be more suitable to your hectic lifestyle.
